Duration: 3-6 months (with the possibility of extension)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members on live projects, assisting in financial analysis, research, and modelling.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitch preparation under the guidance of senior bankers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends.
Assist in the preparation of transaction documents, including pitch books, offering memoranda, and financial presentations.
Support the team in various ad-hoc tasks and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Prior internship or work experience in finance, investment banking, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
